Associate Large Market Consultant
Our client is seeking an Associate Large Market Consultant to support client relationships, coordinate account activities, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to the success of both clients and internal teams.

This role is fully remote.

Associate Large Market Consultant Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of client accounts by coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely follow-through on client needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders through clear, professional communication.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
• Assist with account planning, project coordination, and ongoing client support to help ensure successful outcomes.
• Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and make sound decisions to help keep projects and client initiatives on track.
• Utilize CRM systems and project management tools to maintain accurate account information, monitor progress, and support reporting activities.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documentation using Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Prioritize assigned responsibilities while providing assistance to teammates as needed to support overall team objectives.
• Foster productive working relationships with internal and external partners while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude while supporting organizational goals and delivering high-quality service.

Associate Large Market Consultant Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or other client-facing support role.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities with sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload independently while contributing to team success and supporting shared objectives.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar customer relationship management tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable, with a positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Compensation: $45-$50/hr. (DOE)
