- Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to coordinate product upgrades, integrations, enhancements, and implementation efforts across the healthcare technology portfolio.
- Evaluate existing technology capabilities to identify overlapping functionality, underutilized features, optimization opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement while maximizing return on current investments.
- Lead oversight of moderate to complex vendor relationships, including performance management, issue resolution, escalation management, and ongoing collaboration to achieve operational, clinical, and financial objectives.
- Establish and manage vendor scorecards, service level agreements (SLAs), business reviews, and monitoring processes to ensure contractual commitments and performance expectations are consistently met.

- Collaborate across departments to resolve implementation challenges, productivity concerns, and program design issues while building consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and enhanced vendor outcomes.
- Develop and maintain vendor documentation, reports, assessments, and governance materials to support effective decision-making and ongoing program oversight.
- Educate and support internal teams regarding new program components, vendor capabilities, implementation activities, and operational changes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing both clinical and non-clinical outcomes through effective vendor and program management practices.
