Inside Support Specialist – Technical Sales
Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Inside Support Specialist to serve as a critical operational partner within a fast-paced technical sales environment. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on keeping processes moving, communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer lifecycle.
This role is fully on-site in Clackamas, Oregon.
Inside Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, internal sales teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Support the full sales and order lifecycle, including quote coordination, order processing, purchase order tracking, and fulfillment follow-through.
- Partner with internal teams to gather customer requirements, coordinate product configurations, and support accurate proposal and order documentation.
- Monitor order status, troubleshoot service or delivery issues, and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, customer documentation, project files, and operational tracking while supporting shared team workflows and coverage needs.
Inside Support Specialist Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform, along with strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve customer issues, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams across varying personalities.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical aptitude or experience in a solutions-based, technology-related environment is preferred.
Salary: $22–$31/hr. (DOE)
