Senior Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives within a fast-paced and evolving business environment. This individual will play a critical role in driving a large-scale, time-sensitive program tied to a new vendor partnership, requiring strong execution, executive communication, and the ability to navigate complexity across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to deliver results while influencing across teams.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects and programs, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Drive a critical, high-visibility initiative with aggressive timelines, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and key decision points.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, success metrics, and business outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource planning, and budget tracking.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership through presentations, reporting, and executive-ready materials.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, including risk management frameworks and decision-making forums.
  • Apply portfolio management principles to balance priorities, capacity, and overall program impact.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring transparency around scope, timeline, cost, and quality impacts.
  • Leverage tools such as Airtable or similar platforms to track initiatives, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working to support scalable and efficient execution.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in project or program management within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong foundation in project management methodologies, with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to assess risk, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
  • PMP certification strongly preferred; Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with portfolio management concepts and tools is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with workflow and project tracking tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting merchandising, planning, or similar business functions is a plus.

Compensation: Up to $62.68/hr. (DOE)
