Quickbase Developer
Our client is seeking a Quickbase Developer who can combine strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of business operations. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys improving how teams work, not just configuring applications. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design solutions that enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability.

This role is remote. Applicants located in Oregon are preferred; Applicants located in Washington or Colorado will be considered.

Quickbase Developer Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and enhance Quickbase applications to support evolving business needs.
• Partner with operational and leadership teams to convert functional needs into structured system designs.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.
• Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and data structures to improve decision-making and visibility.
• Implement and manage system integrations using APIs, pipelines, webhooks, or related tools.
• Maintain application performance, data accuracy, and appropriate security controls.
• Produce clear system documentation, including architecture, logic, and user guidance.
• Support users through training, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.

Quickbase Developer Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience working directly with Quickbase.
• Strong understanding of relational data structures and logical data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and structure requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience improving or redesigning operational processes through system solutions.
• Proficiency with Quickbase features such as formulas, pipelines, automations, and permissions.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences.

Preferred:

• Exposure to business process improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Experience building or supporting integrations across multiple systems.
• Background working in operationally intensive or service-driven environments.
• Quickbase certifications or similar low-code platform credentials.
• Familiarity with broader low-code / no-code solution ecosystems.

Salary: $80K-$95K/year. (DOE)
