Sr. Financial Analyst 
Our well-known manufacturing client seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team! This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Portland, Oregon.

Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities 

  • Develop reports for financial packages. 
  • Develop financial models to support budgets/forecasts. 
  • Partner with and present findings to Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Responsible for developing rolling sales forecasts. 
  • Budget vs actual variance analysis. 
  • Analysis of data weekly, monthly for Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
  • Perform profitability analysis.
  • Responsible for pricing calculations.
  • Assist with annual budget process and presentation. 

Sr. Financial Analyst Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue, pricing, operating; selling, general and administrative expenses (SG&A), and P&L required. 
  • Proficient in ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred), reporting software (Power BI or similar). 
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables, graphs). 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 

Salary: $90k-$110k + Profit Share Bonus (DOE)
