Producer Services Specialist (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Producer Services Specialist to support producer administration, compliance, and compensation activities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an analytical problem solver who communicates clearly, exercises sound judgment when navigating ambiguity, and works collaboratively to ensure accurate and timely service.

This role is fully remote.

Producer Services Specialist Responsibilities

• Process producer licensing, contracting, compliance, and compensation transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Review producer information and requests, identify discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps or escalation needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email and phone channels, providing clear guidance and effective issue resolution.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve compliance, contracting, and compensation-related matters.
• Support team cross-training, special projects, new business processing, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Producer Services Specialist Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in business, insurance, or a related field preferred.
• 0–4 years of experience in customer service, contracts, accounting, insurance, or a related administrative environment.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage ambiguity and interpret detailed information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; insurance industry experience and FLMI or ACS certification preferred.

Compensation: $20-$25/hr. (DOE)
