Operations Analyst
Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst to support operational initiatives, systems, and process improvements across a complex business environment. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy professional who enjoys bridging the gap between technology, vendors, and internal stakeholders while ensuring tools and processes operate effectively. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable supporting operational projects that improve efficiency and enable teams to work more effectively.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Operations Analyst Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and execution of operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and process improvements.
- Provide day-to-day support for operational tools and systems, ensuring platforms are functioning effectively and integrated into business workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between external vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate support, resolve issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and adoption of operational technology solutions across teams.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and internal communications to support process updates, system changes, and user adoption.
Operations Analyst Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting operational systems or enterprise tools in a technical or systems support capacity.
- Experience serving as a point of contact between vendors and internal stakeholders in a customer-facing or cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with operational and compliance tools such as Exterro, Onna, Resolver, LAMS, and Navex are preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and work independently within a structured operational environment.
Compensation: Up to $45.77/hr. (DOE)
