Lead Product Testing Analyst (Apparel)
Our client is seeking a Lead Product Testing Analyst to support global apparel product validation through athlete-informed testing and data-driven insights. This individual will play a key role in ensuring products meet performance and fit expectations, while collaborating cross-functionally to influence product decisions. The ideal candidate brings a strong testing background, analytical mindset, and the ability to translate athlete feedback into actionable improvements.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Lead Product Testing Analyst Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product testing initiatives across apparel, accessories, and equipment, including planning, execution, data analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate product performance, durability, and fit throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate athlete feedback and testing data into clear insights that inform product development and decision-making.
• Guide and mentor team members on testing methodologies, best practices, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to refine testing standards and support ongoing innovation efforts.

Lead Product Testing Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in product testing, research, or a similar discipline.
• Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative testing methodologies, including test design, data collection, and analysis.
• Experience in consumer product testing across apparel, accessories, equipment, or adjacent fields such as food science or sensory-based testing, with a strong understanding of human-centered evaluation methodologies.
• Proven ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with data tools or platforms (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Qualtrics, Tableau, or similar), with exposure to advanced analytics as a plus.
• High level of professionalism and discretion, with a strong sensitivity to participant confidentiality and athlete-focused testing environments.

Compensation: Up to $48/hr. (DOE)
