Lead Adobe Engineer
Our client is seeking a Lead Adobe Engineer to drive the development and evolution of a complex e-commerce platform. This individual will bring a strong blend of technical leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively bridge business needs with technical execution.

This role is a hybrid model in the Portland Metro Area.

Lead Adobe Engineer Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead, partnering with both onsite stakeholders and offshore engineering teams to drive delivery.
• Lead end-to-end development, integration, and optimization of the Adobe Commerce (Magento) platform.
• Architect and implement solutions that integrate e-commerce systems with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Oversee deployment pipelines and ensure reliable, scalable delivery within AWS environments.
• Guide technical decision-making, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure platform stability and performance.

Lead Adobe Engineer Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with deep expertise in Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Strong experience integrating e-commerce platforms with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Demonstrated leadership experience guiding cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
