Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to support a high-impact workforce planning initiative within a global organization. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment, bringing strong analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, drive change, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Beaverton, Oregon and surrounding area.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Analyze, audit, and cleanse large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity of workforce cost center assignments.
- Support a large-scale data management initiative involving the reassignment of 1,000+ employees to appropriate cost centers.
- Extract and synthesize data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and HR teams to implement updates and ensure alignment.
- Assist with change management efforts, including communicating updates and supporting process improvements.
Financial Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or change management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating across teams, with preferred exposure to financial processes and HR systems.
Compensation: Up to $55.63/hr. (DOE)
