Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex administrative functions while maintaining professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of keeping executives and department operations running smoothly.

This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel logistics.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings by preparing materials, managing schedules, arranging technology and catering, and documenting meeting minutes as needed.
  • Manage departmental administrative operations including processing invoices, supporting accounts payable activities, and monitoring budgets and subscriptions.
  • Maintain office organization and efficiency by overseeing supplies, managing records and files, and recommending improvements to administrative processes and systems.

Executive Assistant Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in progressively responsible administrative or executive support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, staff, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
