Demand Planner (Hybrid)
Our client is seeking a data-driven Demand Planner who brings a strong blend of analytical rigor, business judgment, and collaborative communication. This individual will play a key role in translating consumer demand and market insights into accurate forecasts and inventory plans, partnering closely with planning and merchandising stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and comfortable using data to influence decisions in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
This role will be working a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Demand Planner (Hybrid) Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain seasonal demand and depth plans to support regional footwear assortments.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory positions, and market trends to inform forecasts and planning decisions.
- Create and manage monthly sales and inventory outlooks to guide buying and allocation strategies.
- Partner closely with merchandising and planning teams to align forecasts with assortment strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities through ongoing analysis and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Demand Planner (Hybrid) Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or a related supply chain function.
- Working knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, and retail or wholesale planning concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze and present data clearly.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Compensation: Up to $41/hr. (DOE)
