Change Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead organizational readiness and adoption efforts for enterprise technology and process initiatives. This role is ideal for a highly skilled communicator who can bring structure to complex change, develop polished training and executive materials, and prepare large, geographically dispersed audiences for new ways of working.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Change Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management and organizational readiness strategies for enterprise technology and process initiatives.
- Assess stakeholder and user impacts, identify readiness needs, and prepare affected groups for successful adoption ahead of implementation.
- Create training programs, learning content, job aids, and other enablement resources from the ground up using consistent and scalable approaches.
- Develop polished, visually engaging presentations, leadership updates, and other executive-level materials.
- Create clear, audience-specific communications for employees, business stakeholders, project teams, and senior leadership.
- Establish ongoing training and enablement programs that keep teams informed of evolving tools, processes, and organizational changes.
- Monitor adoption and readiness, identify risks or gaps, and partner with project leadership to address issues proactively.
- Develop content for internal communication channels, including newsletters, resource sites, and other employee-facing materials.
- Partner effectively with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners while independently managing multiple change initiatives.
Change Manager Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in change management, transition management, organizational readiness, or a related discipline supporting enterprise programs.
- Demonstrated experience preparing large user populations for significant technology or process changes, including global or multi-region implementations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and editing messaging for varied audiences and leadership levels.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a strong visual design sensibility and demonstrated ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials.
- Proven experience designing training content, enablement resources, and learning programs from the ground up.
- Ability to independently establish structure, prioritize work, and drive initiatives forward in fast-paced environments with limited direction.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across business functions, leadership teams, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Experience supporting SAP-related transformation or implementation initiatives is preferred.
- Change management certification, such as Prosci or ADKAR-based training, is preferred.
Compensation: Up to $66.20/hr. (DOE)
