Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and communicative Business Analyst to support supply chain planning and decision-making within a manufacturing-focused organization. This role partners closely with planning, operations, manufacturing, and analytics teams to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate brings advanced visualization expertise, a strong understanding of supply chain planning systems, and the ability to craft compelling data stories that influence stakeholders across the business.

This role is a hybrid model. Applicants must be located in Beaverton, Oregon or St. Charles Missouri.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, with heavy use of DAX to enable scalable, decision-ready analytics.
• Translate large, complex datasets into clear insights and narratives that support supply and demand planning decisions.
• Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across planning workflows.
• Leverage SAP ECC and IBP data to support planning analysis, forecasting, and scenario evaluation.
• Develop visualization tools and analytical resources that improve planning efficiency, responsiveness, and data accessibility.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional and global stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Explore and apply emerging analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to enhance data optimization and storytelling.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities within planning processes.

Business Analyst Qualifications

• Expert-level Power BI experience, including advanced DAX development; this is a required, non-negotiable skill.
• Hands-on experience supporting supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP IBP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis into compelling business stories.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, analytics automation, or copilots is a plus.
• SQL or similar query language experience is preferred.

Compensation: Up to $48/hr. (DOE)
