BA 2 / Customer Integration Analyst
Our client is seeking a BA II / Customer Integration Analyst to support and coordinate complex technology implementations for external customers and partners. This role serves as a central point of communication across internal teams, clients, and third-party technology vendors, ensuring data, systems, and processes align for successful integrations.

This role is fully remote.

BA 2 / Customer Integration Analyst Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, and external technology or integration partners throughout implementation efforts.
  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end technology implementations following solution selection, ensuring feasibility, readiness, and alignment across systems.
  • Develop and maintain detailed implementation documentation, including data specifications, integration mappings, and EDI file requirements.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation that defines data flows, ownership, and system handoffs.
  • Manage implementation cases, tasks, and status tracking within Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Partner closely with project management, compliance, and technical teams to support timelines, dependencies, and successful go-lives.

BA 2 / Customer Integration Analyst Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, customer integration, or technology implementation roles.
  • Required hands-on experience using Salesforce for case management, tracking, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong experience acting as a liaison between technical teams, business partners, and external vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation, data specifications, and integration requirements.
  • Experience supporting or leading technology implementations, including EDI or similar data exchange processes.
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines concurrently.
