Lost and Found Representative
Our client is looking for a Lost and Found Representative to join their team on-site in Portland, OR.

Lost and Found Representative Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and online inquiries from customers regarding their lost items.
• Includes, but is not limited to, taking a moderate volume of customer calls, providing accurate and compassionate responses to their inquiries and concerns, and de-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers.
• Catalog found items into database with an eye for detail.
• Accurately place cataloged items in the proper location.
• Accurately match found items against claims.
• Arrange shipping or in-person return of items to customer.
• Send messages and makes outgoing calls to customers.
• Conduct individual projects as assigned.
• Projects will vary in complexity from administrative tasks to more advanced lost item retrieval.
• Support Operations teams by performing other duties.

Compensation: $22/hr.
