Integration Analyst
Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Integration Analyst to coordinate technology implementation projects from initial handoff through successful completion. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys managing multiple moving pieces behind the scenes, partnering with internal teams and external technology providers, and keeping projects on schedule while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.

This role is fully remote working EST hours.

Integration Analyst Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technology implementation projects from initial intake through completion, serving as a primary point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external technology partners.
  • Manage project activities, timelines, documentation, and Salesforce workflows to ensure implementation requirements are complete, accurate, and progressing within established service levels.
  • Gather, review, and communicate product, client, enrollment, and technical specifications to external platform partners while identifying and resolving missing or inaccurate information.
  • Prepare implementation documentation and facilitate internal reviews, quality assurance, compliance, and other required approvals before solutions move into production.
  • Monitor project reports and queues daily, providing timely status updates and proactively identifying tasks, risks, delays, or dependencies requiring follow-up or escalation.
  • Coordinate electronic file integration activities, including SFTP setup, initial file troubleshooting, test-file handoffs, production-file readiness, and related system documentation.
  • Investigate implementation-related issues and collaborate with internal service teams and technology partners to determine appropriate solutions and corrective actions.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate project records, technical documentation, implementation materials, and status information across Salesforce and internal repositories.
  • Build productive relationships across Sales, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Quality Assurance, and other functional groups to support successful implementations and customer outcomes.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that strengthen implementation efficiency, documentation, communication, and the overall customer experience.

Integration Analyst Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in technology implementation, integrations, project coordination, business analysis, or a related role involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including managing project information, workflows, documentation, tasks, and status updates.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations, deadlines, dependencies, and follow-up activities with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide responsive support, communicate technical or project requirements clearly, and coordinate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn and navigate additional business and technology platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience reviewing requirements, documentation, specifications, and project data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot implementation issues, determine next steps, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Experience working with technology vendors, electronic data/file integrations, SFTP, or similar implementation processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as an internal consultant, balancing ownership of assigned projects with support for broader team and customer needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
