Operations Coordinator
Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational activities that ensure products, materials, and resources are delivered efficiently across multiple teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating logistics, managing data, and keeping cross-functional initiatives on track in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting, balancing multiple priorities while providing exceptional operational support.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Coordinate product orders, shipment tracking, and logistics activities to ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment.
- Manage order processing and operational workflows using SAP S/4 and other internal systems while maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor inventory movement, shipment status, and related operational data, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning, product distribution, and operational initiatives across multiple teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation using Excel, Keynote, and other business tools.
- Maintain organized tracking systems and documentation to support forecasting, inventory visibility, and process efficiency.
- Assist with operational planning, product allocation, and coordination of materials for internal programs and initiatives.
- Support ongoing process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Communicate clearly with internal partners to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Operations Coordinator Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related coordination role.
- Experience working with SAP S/4 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience creating presentations using Keynote or similar presentation software.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics, shipments, or operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience with systems such as Locker, Coupa, or similar enterprise platforms is preferred.
- Prior experience supporting large, matrixed organizations and an interest in sports or consumer products is a plus.
Compensation: Up to $33.80/hr. (DOE)
