  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality, risk management, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting accreditation surveys, including Joint Commission and/or DNV survey readiness and on-site survey coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation for acute care and critical access hospitals.
  • Experience conducting regulatory tracers, compliance audits, gap assessments, and developing corrective action plans.
  • Ability to interpret federal, state, and accreditation regulations and translate requirements into practical operational guidance.
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership, clinical teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
