Client Services Supervisor
Our client is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to lead a high-performing client support team in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This individual will balance team leadership with hands-on client support, helping ensure exceptional service, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes. The ideal candidate is an analytical and collaborative leader who communicates effectively, embraces continuous improvement, and fosters a positive, supportive team culture.

This role is fully remote.

Client Services Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client service professionals to achieve high standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to complex customer concerns and escalated issues, including direct phone interactions requiring professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Monitor and evaluate service quality through call reviews, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching to support individual and team success.
  • Partner with project leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, resolve operational challenges, and meet client expectations.
  • Analyze operational data and team performance to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and enhance service delivery.
  • Oversee workforce activities, including schedule adherence, timekeeping accuracy, and effective resource utilization.
  • Maintain and update internal procedures, documentation, and knowledge resources to support consistent service and quality standards.
  • Assist with project initiatives such as user acceptance testing (UAT), data analysis, system issue investigation, customer support efforts, and other operational priorities as needed.

Client Services Supervisor Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing customer-facing teams in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, including the ability to confidently handle escalated customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated experience with quality assurance, performance coaching, staff training, active listening, and process documentation.
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and make informed decisions.
  • High level of technological proficiency and comfort working with data, systems, and evolving business processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a responsive, collaborative, and professional approach.
  • Positive attitude, compassion, humility, sense of humor, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with tax-related services, legal environments, or complex business relationships is a plus.

Compensation: $36-$45/hr. (DOE)
