Print & Pattern Designer
Our client is seeking a Print & Pattern Designer who brings a strong creative vision and a sharp eye for color, detail, and composition to develop engaging, trend-forward designs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects independently. The ideal candidate blends artistic creativity with technical precision to deliver commercially viable designs across a range of products.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon, following.
Print & Pattern Designer Responsibilities
- Create original print and pattern designs that align with seasonal concepts, consumer insights, and product strategies.
- Develop production-ready artwork including pattern repeats, colorways, and technical specifications using industry-standard design tools.
- Conduct research on trends, color direction, and cultural influences to inform design direction.
- Manage multiple design projects across timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, design, and other partners to ensure alignment with overall vision and product performance needs.
Print & Pattern Designer Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in print and pattern design, preferably within apparel, footwear, or consumer products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and pattern design work (required for consideration).
- Solid understanding of color theory, pattern repeat techniques, and textile production processes.
Compensation: Up to $44/hr. (DOE)
