Investor Relations Manager
Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Investor Relations Manager who thrives in high-touch, consultative sales environments and enjoys working with sophisticated clients on complex financial decisions. This individual will bring a balance of emotional intelligence and business acumen, with the ability to build trust, communicate value, and guide investors through long-cycle, high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by owning outcomes while contributing to a growing, entrepreneurial team.

This role is on-site in Vancouver, Washington.

Investor Relations Manager Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of investor engagement, from initial outreach through closing and ongoing relationship management.
• Build, manage, and continuously develop a pipeline of high-net-worth and accredited investors.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, and events to educate and convert prospective investors.
• Foster long-term relationships that drive repeat investments, referrals, and overall investor satisfaction.
• Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and investor interactions while consistently meeting or exceeding capital raising goals.

Investor Relations Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or capital raising within large, complex, or high-value transactions.
• Proven ability to build trust and convert high-value clients through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles with disciplined follow-up and pipeline management.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable, with a desire to grow within a high-impact, entrepreneurial environment.

Salary: $90K-$150K/year + Bonus. (DOE)
