Merchandising Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Merchandising Operations Analyst to support a cross-functional business integration initiative within Footwear and Apparel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings clarity to complex workflows, and enjoys building structured systems that enable teams to operate efficiently and with confidence.
This role is a onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.
Merchandising Operations Analyst Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine a centralized Airtable hub to serve as the single source of truth for merchandising timelines, milestones, and approval gates.
- Translate complex merchandising workflows into clear, structured, and easy-to-navigate operational processes.
- Maintain accurate calendars, project tracking, and timeline visibility to support cross-functional alignment and leadership decision-making.
- Provide operational coordination support, including meeting logistics, distribution lists, and milestone communications.
- Continuously improve process clarity, usability, and data integrity as business needs evolve.
Merchandising Operations Analyst Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, or business operations.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Airtable, including building, structuring, and maintaining complex bases.
- Strong understanding of merchandising lifecycles and how they intersect with cross-functional business teams.
- Demonstrated ability to document, refine, and operationalize processes across multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-driven problem solver who can take initiative in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation: Up to $42.67/hr. (DOE)
