Senior Apparel Merchandiser
Our client is seeking a strategic, consumer-minded Senior Apparel Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven retail environment. This individual brings a strong affinity for product, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to translate insights into compelling assortments across seasons. Success in this role requires collaboration, agility, and confidence navigating complex, cross-functional organizations.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Apparel Merchandiser Responsibilities

• Develop and manage consumer-centric assortment strategies informed by sales performance, trends, and marketplace insights.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative data into in-season actions and long-term merchandising strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align product and business priorities.
• Balance and manage multiple seasons simultaneously, contributing to future line plans and adoption strategies.
• Create seasonal tools and frameworks that clearly communicate priorities to internal and external partners.

Senior Apparel Merchandiser Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in apparel, footwear, or accessories merchandising, product creation, or retail.
• Experience working within vertical, multi-brand, and/or digital retail environments.
• Strong command of retail metrics and performance indicators, including sell-through, margin, and inventory health.
• Proven ability to interpret consumer, sales, and trend insights into actionable merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills within cross-functional, matrixed teams.

Compensation: Up to $41.33/hr. (DOE)
