Workday HRIS Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-driven Workday HRIS Analyst who excels at transforming complex employee data into clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will enhance HR operations through dependable data stewardship, thoughtful analysis, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

Workday HRIS Analyst Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR systems, including Workday.
• Conduct data audits, validate information, and uphold compliance and security standards.
• Develop recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analyses.
• Support process documentation, system enhancements, and testing of HR workflow updates.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to provide reporting support and ensure consistent data flow.

Workday HRIS Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR data management, reporting, or HR operations.
• Hands-on Workday expertise and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and effective project coordination.
