UX Designer
Our client is seeking a UX Designer who brings fresh ideas, refined visual craft, and a strong command of high-fidelity prototyping tools to help shape the next evolution of a digital platform. This role requires a designer with a distinct point of view, an exceptional portfolio, and the ability to express ideas through motion, interaction, and storytelling. Candidates should be highly collaborative, open to feedback, and fluent in tools such as Figma and Principle to explore, pitch, and refine concepts. Candidates must demonstrate clear strength in the required skills.

This role is fully remote.

UX Designer Responsibilities

• Create polished, high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Principle, demonstrating strong interaction patterns, animation, motion, and visual storytelling.
• Explore and pitch multiple creative concepts, offering fresh ideas and articulating design rationale clearly and confidently.
• Produce high-quality UI animations leveraging tools similar to Sketch, Keynote, Flash, After Effects, and specifically Principle.
• Translate complex workflows and requirements into simple, elegant, user-centered design solutions.
• Build and communicate a strategic design vision across the end-to-end experience, elevating the visual and interaction design craft.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and cross-functional partners to align insights and ensure cohesive execution.
• Iterate rapidly from early exploratory concepts through polished final designs, maintaining consistent quality throughout.
• Contribute to a broader design ecosystem by helping define a cohesive look and feel across interconnected features.
• Experiment with advanced visualization concepts, including motion design, 3D, AR, or animated storytelling when applicable.

UX Designer Qualifications

• A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI animation, visual design craft, interaction design quality, and thoughtful problem-solving.
• Deep expertise in Figma and Principle, with proven ability to produce compelling high-fidelity prototypes and motion-driven concepts.
• Ability to pitch ideas effectively, present design thinking with clarity, and accept iterative feedback in a collaborative environment.
• Strong ability to simplify complex business requirements into intuitive, elegant user flows and experiences.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and adapting quickly to fast-paced, evolving design challenges.
• Openness to exploring conceptual and future-state design directions, showcasing creativity and a unique design perspective.

Preferred:

• Experience with additional motion design tools, such as After Effects.
• Exposure to 3D or AR prototyping workflows.

Compensation: Up to $66/hr. (DOE)
