Tech Support Specialist
Our client is seeking a Tech Support Specialist to provide hands-on internal user support during a period of elevated technical demand. This individual will play a key role in assisting staff with day-to-day technical issues, ensuring a smooth and positive support experience across systems and devices. The ideal candidate is patient, service-oriented, and comfortable working directly with end users in a fast-paced environment.

Tech Support Specialist Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical assistance for Windows and Mac users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Support staff with application-related troubleshooting, user errors, and general system questions.
• Assist with account administration and access management across core workplace tools.
• Deliver high-touch, user-facing support with a strong emphasis on clarity, patience, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to ticket resolution and help maintain continuity during periods of increased support volume.

Tech Support Specialist Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an internal help desk, desktop support, or technical support role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and common user support scenarios.
• Experience supporting password or identity management platforms such as LastPass or similar tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot general productivity software and document-related workflows (Adobe experience is a plus).
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable, and patient communication style.

Compensation: $26-$30/hr. (DOE)
