Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client is seeking a collaborative and people-centered Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings a thoughtful, equity-driven approach to full-cycle recruiting. This individual thrives on building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering closely with stakeholders to support inclusive hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic recruiting efforts with operational excellence in a mission-driven environment.
This role is primarily remote, with quarterly in-office presence required and occasional attendance at in-person recruiting events. Applicants must be located in Oregon or Washington.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection support, and reference checks.
- Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience across all stages of the hiring process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using active and passive sourcing strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to support onboarding coordination and recruitment operations.
- Ensure compliance, data accuracy, reporting, and continuous improvement of recruiting systems.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- 2 years of experience supporting compensation administration and pay equity compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
- Proficiency with HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and business applications.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
