Supply Chain Planning Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planning Analyst to support complex distribution and inventory transition initiatives. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing data-driven decision making with cross-functional coordination across global teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working within execution-heavy operational workflows.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Supply Chain Planning Analyst Responsibilities

  • Support distribution center transition activities, including inventory movements, transfers, and inbound readiness execution.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to monitor supply, inventory levels, and potential operational risks.
  • Coordinate purchase order activity, material flow tracking, and inbound volume management.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve execution gaps and stabilize planning workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting structures, and knowledge transfer artifacts.

Supply Chain Planning Analyst Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or related supply chain functions.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage execution-heavy processes accurately.
  • Experience working within structured planning or ERP systems; SAP familiarity is preferred.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with international teams.

Compensation: Up to $35.21/hr. (DOE)
