- Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding requests, updates, and maintenance activities across procurement systems.
- Drive end-to-end supplier onboarding activities, including guiding suppliers through registration, documentation collection, and compliance requirements.
- Review and validate supplier-submitted data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal controls prior to system activation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Accounts Payable and Sourcing to support timely supplier setup and payment readiness.
- Maintain and monitor supplier master data, ensuring consistency and minimizing downstream rework or processing delays.
- Provide supplier training, communications, and ongoing support to promote successful system adoption and positive supplier experiences.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and system transition activities, including executing test scenarios and identifying data or workflow issues.
- Support data cleansing and migration efforts to preserve high-quality supplier information during system enhancements or platform changes.

- Proven hands-on experience supporting supplier processes within Coupa, particularly supplier onboarding or supplier data management functions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively support, train, and guide both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Demonstrated process discipline and attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive financial and compliance-related information.
- Experience contributing to system implementations, enhancements, or migration initiatives, including participation in testing activities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
