Sr. Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Sr. Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This individual will bring a strong blend of data storytelling, cross-functional partnership, and financial modeling expertise to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

Due to the nature of this role and immediate business needs, we are only considering candidates currently residing in Portland, Oregon and surrounding area.

Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Analyze large, complex datasets from multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investments, pricing strategies, and new business initiatives.
• Design and build dashboards and reporting tools to effectively communicate findings to senior leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes while enhancing financial planning tools and systems.

Sr. Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA or Finance-related) required, with 3 or more years of experience in financial, strategic, or data analysis roles.
• Proven experience analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Strong financial modeling skills with demonstrated experience supporting decision-making and ROI analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with forecasting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.

Compensation: $45-$51/hr. (DOE)
