Sr. Financial Analyst
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and solutions-oriented Senior Financial Analyst who brings structure, curiosity, and calm execution to complex financial environments. This individual will be trusted to translate nuanced data into clear insights, support critical compensation and reporting processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate balances precision with adaptability and thrives in an autonomous, fast-moving setting.

This role is fully remote.

Sr. Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and explain complex compensation and financial models with accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver timely, actionable financial reporting, insights, and variance analysis to support leadership decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, payroll, accounting, and IT to ensure data integrity and process alignment.
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and drivers to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Continuously improve financial processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.

Sr. Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4–7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.

Salary: $100K-$115K (DOE)
