Senior Developer
Our client is seeking a Senior Developer to support a modern web redesign initiative within a structured sprint framework. This role will play a key part in early technical discovery, front-end architecture definition, and component-driven development. The ideal candidate brings strong front-end engineering expertise, a thoughtful approach to user experience, and a disciplined mindset around quality, accessibility, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is fully remote.

Senior Developer Responsibilities

• Lead front-end technical discovery, environment setup, and early architecture planning activities.
• Define and implement a reusable, component-based UI framework aligned to approved design systems.
• Develop responsive web experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to align CMS data structures with front-end components.
• Implement motion and interaction patterns to enhance overall usability and engagement.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including architecture decisions, setup guidelines, and workflows.
• Perform and support visual quality validation and functional testing across supported browsers and devices.
• Ensure adherence to established accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
• Support sprint-based delivery cycles, including build, validation, and handoff activities.
• Prepare codebases and documentation for downstream integration and deployment.

Senior Developer Qualifications

• Strong experience building modern front-end applications using frameworks such as Next.js or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in component-driven development and design system integration.
• Experience working with headless or decoupled CMS platforms and front-end data mapping concepts.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance considerations.
• Experience implementing UI behaviors, transitions, and motion within web applications.
• Familiarity with front-end documentation practices and developer tooling workflows.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
• Ability to operate effectively within agile or sprint-based delivery environments.
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with design and technical partners.
• Proven ability to balance technical precision with user experience considerations.

Compensation: $55-$62/hr.(DOE)
