Solutions Architect
Our client is seeking a Solutions Architect who brings a strong blend of data analysis expertise, business translation skills, and client-facing confidence. This individual will play a critical role on high-visibility, revenue-driving projects, partnering directly with clients to interpret complex data challenges and design practical, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and enjoys solving multifaceted data problems in collaborative environments.

This role is fully remote.

Solutions Architect Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery sessions and translate business needs into clear technical and process-driven solutions.
  • Analyze legacy and current data structures to support large-scale data migration, mapping, and discovery initiatives.
  • Evaluate data sets to determine accuracy, gaps, and readiness for intended business outcomes.
  • Create process documentation, flowcharts, and solution design artifacts to guide project execution.
  • Serve as a client-facing technical advisor, confidently communicating insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Support multi-year, high-impact projects with strict timelines and revenue implications.
  • Prioritize and balance responsibilities across concurrent projects as workload demands shift.
  • Translate complex data challenges into actionable, business-friendly explanations.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the solution lifecycle.

Solutions Architect Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, systems analysis, technical consulting, or similar roles.
  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to explore and assess data, though not focused on heavy production development or stored procedure writing.
  • Experience supporting or leading large-scale data migration or system transformation initiatives preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating requirements into structured solutions.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles requiring confident, clear communication.
  • Experience creating process documentation, workflow diagrams, and technical artifacts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with complex or legacy data environments.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Industry experience in regulated environments is a plus, though not required. Education and certifications are not mandatory.

Compensation: $60-$70/hr. (DOE)
