Our client is seeking a culturally fluent Social Content Manager who lives at the intersection of sport, streetwear, and digital culture. This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.

Social Content Manager Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce engaging, social-first content aligned to key brand initiatives across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Own day-to-day management of global social channels, including scheduling, publishing, and maintaining profile optimization and content hygiene.
• Foster and grow online communities through active engagement, real-time interaction, and thoughtful audience management.
• Monitor social sentiment and emerging trends, identifying timely opportunities to participate in relevant cultural conversations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Communications, and external agencies to ensure consistent voice and seamless campaign execution.

Social Content Manager Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior-level social media role supporting globally recognized consumer brands.
• Expert-level knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of platform best practices and Gen Z culture.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute high-impact content strategies while maintaining a distinct and consistent brand voice.
• Strong creative judgment, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently within tight timelines.

Compensation: Up to $50/hr. (DOE)
