Senior Recruiter

What you’ll do:
• Foster and develop meaningful relationships with talent over the long term.
• Execute strategic sourcing campaigns using a variety of modalities (email, text, phone, internal database, networking groups).
• Develop candidate pipelines who know you and trust the VanderHouwen brand.
• Match skilled professionals to our clients' open roles.
• Engage candidates throughout the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer (and post-hire check in) to create a positive, engaging experience.
• Negotiate compensation and benefit packages on behalf of your candidates.
• Collaborate with internal business partners to expand VanderHouwen’s brand reputation in our candidate and client community.
What you’ll bring:
• Recent recruiting/staffing firm experience specializing in Accounting/Finance/HR roles in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Proven experience sourcing for both contract and direct hire roles.
• Strong expertise in recruiting techniques and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar tools)
• Relentless drive to find and connect with top tier talent.
• Experience with negotiating compensation packages.
• Passion for creating an amazing candidate experience.
