Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. This role is a hybrid model in Portland, Oregon.

Senior Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active requisitions, ensuring consistent progress, clear communication, and timely updates.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer, driving searches to completion within defined timelines.
• Coordinate structured interview processes, including scheduling, panel alignment, and stakeholder guidance.
• Maintain job postings and oversee sourcing efforts across platforms to support diverse talent pipelines.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and adherence to established hiring processes and compliance standards.

Senior Recruiter Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience supporting cross-functional hiring teams.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain compliance within regulated or policy-driven environments.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
