Senior HR Business Partner
This Senior Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, delivering strategic and hands-on HR support that strengthens organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. The ideal candidate brings a steady, consultative presence, balancing business acumen with empathy, sound judgment, and a strong understanding of how people strategies drive operational success. This role thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and relationship-building.
This role is a hybrid model in Boston, Massachusetts.
Senior HR Business Partner Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on organizational development, change management, and employee engagement.
- Design and implement people strategies aligned to business goals, workforce needs, and organizational priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and employment laws.
- Collaborate across HR functions to support talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and career development initiatives.
- Lead and support workforce transitions, including reorganizations, talent assessments, and communication planning.
Senior HR Business Partner Qualifications
- Ten or more years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience in complex organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and organizational development practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders, manage change, and navigate sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proven strengths in critical thinking, problem solving, and translating business needs into HR strategies.
- High proficiency with standard business and presentation tools, with confidence presenting to leadership.
