Senior Business Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) initiatives on a contract basis. This role will partner closely with Legal, Procurement, and Technology teams to lead CLM implementations and improve contract-related processes, with a primary focus on Ironclad or comparable CLM platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting-style business analysis experience and a proven ability to lead stakeholders through complex system implementations.

This role is fully remote.

Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, build oversight, testing coordination, and user training.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Ironclad CLM or comparable platforms, supporting configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into effective CLM solutions.
• Drive process improvements across contract intake, approvals, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle governance.
• Develop and maintain business requirements documentation, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Oversee testing activities, including user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation against business requirements.
• Support integrations between the CLM platform and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and e-signature tools.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to support adoption and best practices.
• Analyze contract-related data and reporting to support visibility, compliance, and risk management.
• Identify issues and improvement opportunities, partnering with technical teams to recommend and implement solutions.

Senior Business Analyst Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or enterprise system initiatives.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM, including workflow configuration and administration.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end CLM implementations, with multiple implementations preferred.
• Ironclad certification strongly preferred; candidates certified in other CLM platforms (e.g., Agiloft, ContractPodAi, Malbek, Icertis, DocuSign CLM) will be considered, with training provided as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes, legal operations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements definition, and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex or global environments.

Compensation: $45-$50/hr. (DOE)
