Senior Administrative Assistant
Our client is seeking a highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support leaders within a fast-paced operational environment. This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to three Supply Chain leaders, managing calendars, meetings, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics while resolving conflicts and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, agendas, and internal communications to support leadership initiatives and team operations.
  • Manage expense reports, track budgets, and assist with purchase orders, invoices, and vendor coordination as needed.
  • Support team operations through event coordination, workspace logistics, and special projects while serving as a key administrative point of contact for the broader team.

Senior Administrative Assistant Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage priorities independently.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: Up to $26.06/hr. (DOE)
