Sales Support Analyst
Our client is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to provide critical administrative and analytical support to a fast-paced sales organization. This role focuses on proposal development, pricing research, RFP coordination, and internal liaison work to ensure sales representatives are fully supported throughout the sales cycle. This is a non-selling role ideal for candidates with strong insurance industry experience, sales operations exposure, or underwriting support backgrounds.

This role is fully remote.

Sales Support Analyst Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare sales proposals, including pricing research, document generation, quality checks, and final delivery to support sales representatives.
• Draft, review, and manage RFP responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and timely submission while aligning with internal standards and value propositions.
• Provide underwriting and plan design support by applying business judgment to proposal requirements, product options, and data needs.
• Serve as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal partners to support onboarding, documentation completion, and smooth handoffs for new business.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, opportunities, and partner information.
• Research and maintain competitive pricing and capability data to support proposal development and market positioning.
• Support coordinated sales and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and internal communications, as needed.

Sales Support Analyst Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, underwriting support, or assistant underwriting roles within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Insurance industry experience is strongly preferred and considered nearly essential for success in this role.
• Demonstrated experience preparing proposals and responding to RFPs in a professional services or financial environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage high proposal volumes during peak periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across sales, underwriting, and internal partner teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with Excel are preferred but not required.

Compensation: $23-$25/hr. (DOE)
