Sales Administration Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative sales environment. This role supports proposal development, onboarding, and relationship coordination while serving as a trusted liaison between sales partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

This role is fully remote.

Sales Administration Analyst Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end proposal development, including pricing, generation, quality control, and timely delivery.
  • Support onboarding of new business by accurately completing documentation and ensuring smooth handoff to internal teams.
  • Partner with sales, consultants, and communications teams to coordinate marketing and travel-related outreach campaigns.
  • Draft, review, and manage RFP responses that clearly articulate value propositions and meet strict deadlines.
  • Maintain CRM and competitive databases to support informed sales, marketing, and planning decisions.

Sales Administration Analyst Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1–5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused, collaborative approach.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
  • Experience in financial services, retirement plans, or investment environments preferred; CRM, Salesforce, and Excel experience are a plus.

Compensation: $23-$25/hr. (DOE)
