RFP Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented RFP Specialist to support the sales team by preparing accurate and timely benefits proposals. This role is best suited for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working behind the scenes, and has a strong eye for detail. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal partners, manage proposal documentation, and ensure compliance with established standards. Training will be provided on products and systems, but a foundation of critical thinking and data accuracy is essential.

This role is fully remote. Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone are preferred.

RFP Specialist Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete RFP benefits proposals, ensuring accuracy and consistency across submissions.
• Enter information into proposal questionnaires, validating that responses align with requirements.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and verify necessary details.
• Participate in peer review processes to maintain high accuracy standards across all proposals.
• Utilize Excel and Adobe Pro to manage and edit proposal documents.
• Maintain strong organizational practices to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously

RFP Specialist Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a proposal analyst, RFP specialist, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in high-volume documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Pro required; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to confirm information provided matches requirements.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal partners.
• Data entry backgrounds will be considered if direct RFP/proposal experience is unavailable.

Compensation:$19-$21/hr. (DOE)
