Recruiting & Talent Operations Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Recruiting & Talent Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring activities in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. This role plays a critical part in keeping recruiting operations organized, responsive, and candidate-focused while helping bring structure to evolving processes. The position is primarily focused on recruiting coordination and hiring support, with occasional administrative assistance as needed.
This role is fully remote.
Recruiting & Talent Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day recruiting coordination, including posting roles across multiple platforms and managing candidate pipelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate pre-screens to assess basic qualifications and alignment.
- Schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders and time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Prepare and coordinate offer materials using established templates and internal guidelines.
- Support pre-employment steps such as background checks and hiring documentation.
- Assist with onboarding logistics, tracking completion of required steps and documentation.
- Coordinate client-specific onboarding requirements when applicable.
- Provide light administrative support, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and document preparation, as needed.
Recruiting & Talent Operations Coordinator Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience supporting recruiting, talent operations, or HR-related functions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort operating in a fully remote setting with limited oversight.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruiting platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly calendar-driven workflows.
- Experience using scheduling tools such as Calendly or similar platforms.
- Comfort with data entry, tracking, and working from standardized templates.
- Exposure to construction, engineering, consulting, or project-based environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with data center, MEP, or field-based roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation: $30-$35/hr. (DOE)
