Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Provider Enrollment Representative to support accurate provider setup and enrollment in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong organizational skills with clear communication and a collaborative mindset. The right candidate thrives in balancing precision, independence, and teamwork to ensure timely access for members and accurate provider payment.

This role is fully remote.

Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote) Responsibilities

• Accurately set up and maintain provider records to support correct and timely reimbursement.
• Execute end-to-end provider enrollment and implementation activities within established timelines.
• Review, validate, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure integrity of provider information.
• Coordinate across internal teams to support seamless provider onboarding and updates.
• Maintain compliance with internal processes and system requirements while managing multiple priorities.

Provider Enrollment Representative (Remote) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a managed care or healthcare business environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify, research, and resolve data issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with provider data, enrollment, or claims systems such as FACETS, ONYX, or similar platforms.
