Project Manager
Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead small to mid-sized initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is confident coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

This role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium complexity projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and objectives are met.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and key deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to align resources, expectations, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project financials, including forecasting, tracking costs, and maintaining budget accountability.
• Identify risks and issues proactively, maintaining risk logs and driving resolution or escalation as needed.
• Manage project changes through established processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide regular status updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, organized, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Manager Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a structured project management environment.
• Proven ability to apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to deliver results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Experience facilitating meetings and navigating complex or sensitive conversations with professionalism.
• Ability to build credibility and maintain strong working relationships across teams and leadership levels.
• Familiarity with business process improvement and change management principles is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
