Project Manager
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives from initiation through completion. This role will oversee large-scale or concurrent projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business strategy, timeline commitments, and financial targets. The ideal candidate is a structured leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, effectively manages risk, and drives accountability across cross-functional teams.

This role is fully remote. Applicants must be located in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho. Limited travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and close-out activities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Manage scope, change control, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and providing ongoing guidance.
  • Present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholder groups.
  • Track financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to established project management methodologies and governance standards.
  • Motivate and influence teams to achieve defined objectives and deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of large-scale or multi-project initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects exceeding $1M in scope and leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members.
  • Familiarity with project management best practices and frameworks, including PMI/PMBOK principles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Strong budgeting, change management, and risk mitigation experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and align diverse teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Project management certification strongly preferred; PMP is a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience operating within structured enterprise governance environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across business units.
