Product Line Manager
Our client is seeking a Product Line Manager to support a fast-paced product team focused on apparel initiatives within a dynamic and highly collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who is systems-savvy, detail-oriented, and energized by working hands-on with product samples and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is curious, trend-aware, and thrives when balancing coordination, organization, and execution.

This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.

Product Line Manager Responsibilities

  • Navigate and maintain accuracy across multiple internal systems, tools, and trackers to support product workflows and key milestones.
  • Coordinate and drive project activities across cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, progress, and timely execution.
  • Manage product samples, including unpacking, organizing, preparing racks, and ensuring materials are meeting-ready.
  • Support product creation and operational processes by tracking deliverables, updates, and critical checkpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with partners across design, development, merchandising, and brand functions.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment through proactive communication and problem solving.

Product Line Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and confidently navigate new systems and tools.
  • Prior experience working within a large, fast-paced consumer product organization is required.
  • Project management or coordination experience within retail, digital, or product-driven environments.
  • Experience handling or supporting product samples, materials, or similar operational tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail.
  • Awareness of current apparel trends and product sensibility.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting.
  • Ability to lift and move samples or materials up to 30 pounds.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation: Up to $40/hr. (DOE)
