Product Data Coordinator
Our client is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to support their North America Planning team by managing and maintaining critical product information across enterprise systems. This role is essential to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and readiness throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with large data sets, and brings a strong customer-service mindset when partnering cross-functionally.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Product Data Coordinator Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate core product data within enterprise merchandising systems to support seasonal line planning and business milestones.
- Manage large, complex datasets using advanced Excel functions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Product Management, and Development teams to align product information across systems.
- Proactively identify data inconsistencies, research root causes, and resolve issues in collaboration with technical and business partners.
- Support downstream system integrations by ensuring product data is properly structured, formatted, and production-ready.
- Deliver responsive, service-oriented support to internal stakeholders regarding product data requests and reporting needs.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data governance standards.
Product Data Coordinator Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3+ years of experience in product data management, planning operations, merchandising support, or a related analytical role.
- Experience with enterprise merchandising systems required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and working with large data sets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of detailed information with exceptional accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Compensation: $27.46/hr.
